4 week series —Every Monday & Wednesday

DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR ATHLETES AGES 13-18

CARDIO FITNESS.

WEIGHT TRAINING.

SPRINT & AGILITY TRAINING.

CORE MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT.

Training includes:

  • Cardio Fitness— utilizing a treadmill, elliptical and stationary bikes

  • Weight Training — with a bench press, squats, and dead lifts.

  • Sprint & Agility Training

  • Core Muscle Development

Two Sessions Available
NOTE: each session is limited to FIVE athletes

Both Sessions take place on Mondays and Wednesdays between July 6 and July 29
Meeting dates:

Monday, July 6 / Wednesday, July 8
Monday, July 13 / Wednesday, July 15
Monday, July 20 / Wednesday, July 22
Monday, July 27 / Wednesday, July 29
Series fee: $160 per athlete

Session 1 — Monday & Wednesday 10 to 10:50 am

SESSION 2 — MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 11 TO 11:50 AM
